C’est en liant l’innovation à des pratiques d’élevage ancestrales, que l’ancien étudiant dans l’agro-alimentaire souhaite révolutionner nos méthodes de consommation de viande. Le résultat : une consommation de viande participative grâce au premier site internet français de crowdbutchering. Il est le co-fondateur de la jeune start-up Pig’s Daddy, le premier site internet qui propose une solution concrète à la consommation de viande responsable en France. Avec son associé, rencontré lors de son mastère en management à l’IAE de Montpellier, ils ont fait le pari de développer une pratique plus en phase avec les besoins sociétaux-environnementaux de notre époque auxquels les grandes surfaces ne savent pas répondre.
